Information you provide
The estimate form collects your name, phone number, optional email address, selected service and project details. Please do not include sensitive information such as payment details or identification numbers.
Project follow-up
Your request is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss an estimate and keep track of the project. Submitting an estimate request does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Storage and email
Requests are recorded in a private Google spreadsheet and sent to chiefpavers2@gmail.com. Hostinger processes the form submission and Google provides spreadsheet and email services. Access should be limited to people handling your request.
Questions or removal requests
Contact chiefpavers2@gmail.com to ask about your information or request its removal. Requests can be subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
